SOLAR RELICS COLLECTION
A collection of contemporary artifacts shaped by ancient solar civilizations.
Drawing from the symbolism of light, shadow, and monument, each piece reinterprets time through form, color, and material.
From the Axis of Ra to accompanying silk compositions, these objects exist as expressions of a shared origin, where history is not preserved, but transformed.

CANDLE CLOCK
Concept Study
An early CONTINUØUS concept inspired by medieval candle clocks, where the passing of time was measured through the gradual melting of wax and the release of metal nails embedded within the candle. As the flame descended, each falling nail marked the progression of the hours through sound and movement.
The piece explores historical forms of timekeeping associated with castles, monasteries and night watches, combining forged metallic elements with a chainmail-inspired wristband referencing medieval armour and craftsmanship.
Developed as a conceptual study exploring how ancient methods of measuring time can be translated into contemporary object design.
